General Compression is dedicated to making wind energy available on demand. Dispatchable wind energy can be sold when prices are high, and stored when prices are low. This vision is powered by the Dispatchable Wind Turbine System (DWTS), which has three components: a compressed air wind turbine, a pipeline network that collects and stores compressed air, and a power plant of expanders and generators.
