‘Wind: Thriving at the Epicenter of Energy'
The WINDPOWER 2008
Conference and Exhibition will take place from 1 to 4 June in Houston, Texas, USA. The WINDPOWER 2008 Conference
programme will have over 50 education sessions, and include over 350 speakers
and moderators, and 150 poster presentations on wind energy topics. The event
will feature several general sessions, including the conference theme session,
‘Wind: Thriving at the Epicenter of Energy', consisting of a panel of top wind
industry leaders. The focus of their discussions will include their
perspectives on the wind industry's future and major opportunities and
challenges while the industry continues to grow.

Europe's Premier Wind Energy Event
Arriving from all corners of Europe, players in the wind energy business will meet from 31 March till 3 April at the European Wind Energy Conference (EWEC) organised by the European Wind Energy Association (EWEA) in Brussels, Belgium. The event will bring together around 4,000 delegates, 200 speakers, 40 sessions, 200 exhibitors and 300 poster presenters.

International Trade Fair for the Wind Power Industry
This year HUSUMwind, with its accompanying trade symposia, will take place from 18 to 22 September. For the tenth time, the international wind power industry will meet in the North Frisian town of Husum, Germany, to present its latest products and services and discuss the most recent developments. Around 500 exhibitors from well over 20 nations will be highlighting the importance of wind energy in today's energy mix. The number of visitors is expected to top 20,000.

Growing the Wind Energy Business
