The German Accreditation Body (DAkkS) has accredited Sowitec development GmbH as a test laboratory for wind and solar certification according to DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2005.
The accredited wind power services include the performance, evaluation and analysis of wind measurements with remote sensing (SoDAR and LiDAR) and meteorological measurement masts. In addition, the determination of the wind potential and the energy yield of wind parks, the verification of the site quality according to the German Renewable Energy Act (EEG), the determination of the turbulence intensity as well as the preparation of expert opinions on shadow flicker and sound immission for wind energy projects.
