Northern Power Systems has announced that June M. Morris has joined its team as Vice President, and General Counsel.
Ms. Morris brings over thirty years of legal experience, including extensive experience as a public company General Counsel. In her new role, Ms. Morris will be responsible for directing the legal activities, overseeing corporate policies, intellectual property, risk management, M&A, and corporate transactions.
