Vestas will supply 86 units of V110-2.0 MW turbines for projects totalling 172 MW located in the state of Bahía in northeastern Brazil.
The contracts comprise supply and installation of the wind turbines in compliance with the local content requirements set by the BNDES. Turbine delivery is planned for the second quarter of 2017, whilst commissioning is expected in the fourth quarter of 2017.
