ZephyCloud is a simulation platform, developed by Zephy-Science, with a cloud-based, pay-as-you-go model through a secured client interface. The aim is to offer these service with lower IT investments and without upfront cost and with simulation accuracy on-demand.
The platform is built on a dedicated cloud management structure, based on Amazon Web Services EC2 Servers, to scale massively and simultaneously all the simulation jobs, while only paying on-demand. The workflow is designed to perform simulations without sharing any sensitive information. Project locations are uploaded without georeferenced data and on-site measurement data are processed locally on a client interface after results are retrieved from the cloud. Pre-registration started on February 26th for the launch of ZephyCloud new cloud-based wind project assessment platform and ZephyCloud’s official launch with unlimited access to the platform will be on March 8th, 2016.
