Fosen Vind, a joint venture company owned by Statkraft, TrønderEnergi, and the investor consortium Nordic Wind Power, has selected Vestas for the delivery of wind turbines for six wind power plants totalling 1GW in Norway.
The projects replace the Fosen-Snillfjord projects, which were terminated last year in June. Signing of the contract has taken place, and the resulting firm and unconditional order is expected to be forthcoming relatively soon.
