Senvion has signed its first UK contract with Fred. Olsen Renewables Ltd., supplying 30 Senvion MM series turbines to the Brockloch Rig Wind Farm.
Brockloch Rig Wind Farm is located in the hills above Carsphairn Forest, some nine kilometres north of Carsphairn in Dumfries and Galloway. Senvion will be supplying 21 Senvion MM82 and nine Senvion MM92. The wind farm will have a total rated output of 61.5MW. The first turbine installations at the wind farm are scheduled for summer 2016.
