Vestas has received a firm and unconditional order in the USA for 61 V126-3.3 MW turbines, with a total capacity of 200 MW for a project in Oklahoma, USA.
The contract includes supply and commissioning of the wind turbines, as well as a three-year Active Output Management 5000 service agreement. Delivery of the wind turbines is expected to begin in second quarter of 2016, with commissioning planned for second half of 2016. At the customer’s request further details were not disclosed.
