Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton introduced a plan on Sunday that would extend the wind energy Production Tax Credit among other steps to cut emissions.
Extending the PTC would help the U.S. transition from fossil fuels to renewables, she said. "We need to get the incentives fixed in our tax system which as you know are too heavily weighted toward fossil fuels," Clinton said. (source ABC News).
