LM Group Holding A/S (LM Wind Power), has announced that CEO Leo Schot will step down from his present role as CEO of LM Group Holding A/S immediately for personal reasons.
As a member of the Advisory Board, Leo will remain available to the company for strategic projects. Appointed to the role of CEO of LM Group Holding A/S with immediate effect, will be Marc de Jong. New to the wind industry, Marc has had a successful career with Phillips where he was previously a member of the Royal Philips Group Management Committee. He was CEO of various divisions within Philips and CEO of the automotive and identification businesses of NXP Semiconductors before beginning his own management consultancy. He presently sits on several Supervisory Boards including the Technical University of Eindhoven, First sensor AG (Berlin) and Sioux Group B.V. (Eindhoven). In addition, Marc will take over the various directorships of Leo Schot in the LM Group, which includes replacing Leo Schot in the board of directors of LM Group Holding A/S.
