Further the company secures 1,918 MW of Third Party Right of First Offer (ROFO) Projects of which 534MW of operational ROFO projects and  1,384MW of development ROFO projects. They also execute an agreement to acquire LAP Holdings, BV, a Latin America hydropower and wind development and operations and maintenance company. SUnEdison also executes an agreement to acquire two Chinese wind development and operations and maintenance companies from Honiton Energy Holding, Ltd. These transactions are expected to close in either the second or third quarter of 2015, subject to regulatory approvals, third-party consents and customary closing conditions.
