Northern Power Systems has announced that its Italian fleet continues to see record growth. Over 130 wind turbines have been delivered to Italy with a total market value in excess of US$ 35 million.
The fleet of NPS 60 turbines installed in Italy more than doubled in the last year. Growth in this market continued despite ongoing market uncertainty regarding the Italian government’s renewable energy generation policy. With clarity provided shortly market growth is expected to continue.
