Nordex SE has been awarded a contract for the delivery and commissioning of turbines for a wind project in the USA from Fair Wind Power Partners, a subsidiary of the utility Exelon Wind.
The project entails twelve N100/2500 turbines, which will be installed by September 2015. Nordex will be providing premium service for the wind farm for a 20-year period. The project has already been qualified under the production tax credit scheme. The new project is located in western Maryland.
