MonoBaseWind has been awarded a free two week model test slot at the MARIN maritime research institute in Wageningen, The Netherlands.
This opportunity will be used to test the important stages of the transport and installation operation of the MonoBaseWind and to validate the computer models. MonoBase Wind will test its self installing gravity base for large wind turbines and large water depth. The model will be subjected to several sea states to investigate the wave responses and the stability of the system.
