Vestas has received a firm and unconditional order for 20 V126-3.3MW turbines for a total capacity of 66 MW from Steag GmbH (Germany) for the Suloglu Wind Farm in Edirne, Turkey.
The contract includes supply, installation and commissioning of the turbines. In addition, a 10-year Active Output Management (AOM 4000) service & availability agreement is included.Deliveries to the project site will start in the second quarter of 2015 and the power plant is expected to be in commercial operation in the fourth quarter of 2015.
