Acciona signs its seventh contract in Brazil to supply wind turbines

Acciona Windpower (AWP) has signed a turbine supply contract in Brazil with Atlantic Energias Renováveis for a total of 54MW.

The contract includes the supply and assembly of eighteen AW125/3000 turbines of 3MW capacity each and 125 meters rotor diameter, for the Santa Vitória do Palmar wind power complex in the state of Río Grande do Sul. The turbines will be mounted on 120-meter concrete towers. With this new agreement, Acciona Windpower currently has seven wind turbine supply contracts in Brazil.
