XEMC begins with the installation of ten 5MW turbines at the 50MW Pinghaiwan offshore project in Fujian province in eastern China.
XEMC has already installed and a prototype off the coast of Fujian and off the coast in Belgium. Fujian plans to install a total of 500MW offshore wind capacity at several locations by the end of 2015.
