Typhoon Offshore, on behalf of Gemini, has announced that PKA, a Danish pension fund, will provide € 120 million in the form of a subordinated loan to Project Gemini, the 600MW offshore wind farm that is currently being brought to financial close.
PKA will provide the majority of the € 200 million subordinated loan, subject to due diligence, with Northland Power Inc. providing the remaining € 80 million in addition to its investment in 55% of the equity.
