Aquinergy, developers of 250kW to 20MW wind and solar projects, have appointed Natural Power in partnership with Rev1 Renewables as the provider of remote monitoring services and access control on two single turbine projects located in the towns of Kingston and Ipswich, MA, USA.
Natural Power are now providing round the clock monitoring and access control including SCADA system checking, fault logging, and personnel activity tracking. The contract, awarded to Natural Power, is part of an ongoing O&M contract between Aquinergy and Rev1 Renewables. The two 2MW Hyundai HQ2000's will be monitored by Natural Power for a period of 3 years under the current contract.
