Brian Scorer, 51, has been appointed Senior Vice President, Service and member of the Moventas management team.
Scorer joins Moventas from pump technology company ClydeUnion Pumps, a part of the SPX Corporation, where he most recently acted as Vice President of Commercial Operations. While Brian Scorer takes responsibility of Moventas’ Service business area, Senior Vice President and management team member Olli Välimäki takes the role of Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific, developing Moventas’ gearbox and service businesses in the APAC area. Both appointments will be effective as of 1 April, 2013. Brian Scorer joins Moventas on 18 February, 2013.
