Gamesa has won a contract to provide operation and maintenance (O&M) services at 13 wind farms owned by EDP Renewables.
The sites have combined capacity of 400MW and are located in several European countries, primarily France, Spain and Portugal. Gamesa will perform maintenance services for a period of three years, which may be extended for another three years, on 402 Gamesa- built wind turbines, each with capacity of 850kW, and on 29 Gamesa 2.0MW turbines. Additionally, it will provide technical assistance for 179 turbines, each with capacity of 660kW.
