Offshore Wind Power Systems of Texas (OWPST) and developer Eolica Brasil have teamed up to establish a new company that will provide and maintain a mobile jack-up platform for an 11.2GW proposed offshore wind farm in Brazil. The new company, Servemar, is also expected to market the Titan 200 platform in Latin America and the Caribbean.
