In addition to the “Basic”, “Extended” and “Premium” service contracts, Nordex’ after sales customers are now able to select the “Premium Light” package for the maintenance of their existing wind turbines.
The package entails the elements of the proven “Premium” full-service contract but permits customers to exclude the large turbine components from the contract. In this way, operators are able to cover their risk in a more favorable and individual manner, in line with their specific requirements. For now the new contract is applicable only in after sales for existing wind parks. An extension of the offering also for new wind farm projects is currently under investigation and will be possible based on positive market feedback.
