Tom Carnahan and Equiventus Holding have announced the formation of Wind Rose Energy Partners, a clean energy investment fund that will initially focus on wind energy projects that target build in 2013 and 2014.
Wind Rose Energy Partners will bring together people with expertise in many different areas of development, enabling them to invest in quality projects and provide the type of insight and technical assistance necessary to bring projects successfully through to completion. The lead partners in the business have between them completed the successful development, financing, acquisition, sale and construction of many projects in wind, solar and thermal power across the United States, Canada, and many countries in Europe. They possess relationships with investors, turbine suppliers, utilities, and balance of plant contractors that are extensive and based on many years of practical experience.
