Natural Power has completed site management contractual agreements for 67MW of wind farm sites for UK renewable power generation group, Infinis.

Natural Power will be providing total wind farm management services on behalf of Infinis at the 37MW Minsca wind farm in Dumfries & Galloway, Scotland, consisting of 16 x 2.3MW Siemens turbines, and the 30MW Dalswinton wind farm, north of Dumfries, Scotland, consisting of 15 x 2MW Repower turbines. The team will conduct the following standard services on both projects:
  • WindCentre – Natural Power’s 24/7/365 operational control centre, conforming to Wind Turbine Safety Rules
  • Local Site Management
  • High Voltage system management and duty holder responsibility
In addition, Natural Power will also be providing a set of forecasting and grid nomination services to Infinis, liaising with the National Grid and the PPA company as appropriate. A combination of wind farm production forecasting through Natural Power’s ForeSite product, coupled with ongoing operational information in WindCentre will assist Infinis in maximising production and minimising PPA risk.
