Vestas receives order for 99MW for Spain



Vestas has received an order for a total of 18 units of the V90-3.0MW turbine and 25 units of the V90-1.8MW turbine for two projects in Spain.

The contract comprises supply, installation, a VestasOnlineTM Business SCADA solution, as well as a five-year service agreement. The order has been placed by EDP Renováveis, which is the EDP Group's renewable energy company. The wind turbines will be for projects located in Terra Alta in the province of Tarragona, Catalonia. At the customer's request, details about the name of the projects cannot be disclosed.
