OX2 has signed a contract to sell a 27MW onshore wind farm in Foggia, Italy, to Glennmont Partners. This is the first project OX2 divests in Italy.
The transaction is expected to be recorded in the third quarter of 2024. OX2 will remain the owner of the project during the construction phase and the project will be handed over to the buyer at start of operation. Construction is estimated to start in August 2023 and is scheduled to be completed by September 2024.
