The second phase of China Three Gorges Corporation's (CTG) offshore wind farm, Zhangpu Liuao, has begun construction. The project will include 16 MW wind turbines developed by CTG in collaboration with Goldwind.CTG will construct the wind farm off the southeast side of the Liu'ao Peninsula in Zhangpu, Fujian Province, China. Zhangpu Liuao Phase 2 will have a 400 MW generation capacity.
