Marguerite One (Marguerite) has sold the 88.8MW Marguerite Wind Celsius (Marguerite Wind) portfolio to Aneo Production Holding (Aneo). The portfolio holds shares in the Grimsås and Brännliden wind farms in Sweden.
 
The Grimsås wind farm, located in the municipalities of Tranemo and Gislaved, comprises 13 wind turbines with an aggregate capacity of 46.8MW. The Brännliden wind farm comprises 10 wind turbines with an aggregate capacity of 42MW and is located in the municipality of Skellefteå, Sweden.
 
With offices in Luxembourg and Paris, Marguerite is a European infrastructure investor focussing on greenfield and brownfield expansion initiatives. Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) has advised Marguerite on the sale. Aneo is an independent energy transition group in the Nordic region and Norway’s second largest onshore wind operator.
