Cargostore Worldwide, a UK-based provider of DNV 2.7-1 certified offshore containers, has announced its formal expansion into the East Coast US wind market through a new partnership with Blue Ocean Port Services.
The Port of Providence (ProvPort) has been identified as the location for Cargostore's first depot dedicated to supporting offshore wind projects on the East Coast of the United States. Cargostore has appointed Blue Ocean Port Services (BOPS) as their marketing partner for the US East Coast. BOPS is a Joint Venture between Waterson Terminal Services LLC (WTS) in the Port of Providence and Maritime International operating from the Port of New Bedford.
