The supervisory board of LM Glasfiber Holding A/S has announced that it has appointed Mr. Richard Peter Hanson, Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer, Doughty Hanson & Co., as chairman of the Supervisory Board instead of Mr. Mark Florman.
Mr. Mark Florman will be leaving the Board to concentrate on other Doughty Hanson & Co. portfolio companies. At the same time, Mr. Jan Amethier, Nordic Region Head, Doughty Hanson & Co., was appointed as new member and Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
