Husum Wind, the technology trade fair for renewable energy for the German market, has a new management. Diana Haagen started as project director for HUSUM WIND on 1 October.Previously, Claudia Brinz held this position. Haagen has many years of international experience in the B2B segment of the trade fair industry. For more than ten years, she worked for Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH as project manager for maritime trade fairs, among others. Lastly, she was responsible for the market launch and positioning of SMM's foreign subsidiaries SMM India and SMM Istanbul. Previously, she worked in the foreign department and was responsible for the organization of German pavilions which are held worldwide as part of the foreign trade fair program by BMWi (Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action). In recent years, the certified event manager has been self-employed. She is a native of Husum and has followed the development of HUSUM WIND since its beginnings.
