OX2 hands over the 132MW Metsälamminkangas wind farm to Nordic energy companies Lundin Energy and Sval Energi.
OX2 and Lundin Energy signed an agreement in January 2020 to construct the Metsälamminkangas wind farm in the municipality of Vaala, North Ostrobothnia, Finland. Sval Energi became a co-owner of the wind farm during its construction phase. The wind farm was handed over to the clients on March 31. OX2 has developed and constructed the Metsälamminkangas wind farm under an EPC agreement (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and will remain responsible for the technical and commercial management of the wind farm.
