Together with the companies ADE and 3N Développement, VSB Énergies Nouvelles, the French subsidiary of Germany-based VSB Group, have announced the acquisition of nine wind energy assets, totalling 143.5MW.
The projects are located in the departments of Allier, Creuse, Isère, Oise, Pas-de-Calais and Puy de Dôme. The projects were originally developed by the companies ADE and 3N Développement. The assignment contract transfers all rights and obligations resulting from the lease agreements, the occupation agreements of the public domain and the deliberations of public authorities relating to the projects. VSB France will manage and monitor the various stages of development of the projects.
