Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) has advised Ventient Energy (“Ventient”) on the acquisition of five operational onshore wind plants with a total installed capacity of 203MW.
The portfolio projects is located in the Spanish provinces of Palencia and Valladolid. Ventient Energy owns and operates assets across Belgium, France, Germany, Portugal, Spain and the UK with a current total installed capacity of 2.6GW. This acquisition brings its onshore wind installed capacity to 2.8GW.
