Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) has advised Spanish sustainable energy producer Opdenergy on the negotiation and execution of a 750MW ten-year PPA with a European investment grade utility company.
The PPA covers 17 projects in the Spanish regions of Teruel, Zaragoza, Badajoz, Cuenca and Valladolid. Opdenergy is an independent sustainable energy producer and has 584MW of operating assets in Spain, Chile, Italy, and Mexico, plus a pipeline of projects in UK, France, Poland and the USA.
