Eurowind Energy has established an American subsidiary, Eurowind Energy USA LLC and it is expected that the company will open an office in California, USA in the beginning of 2022.
Bo Schøler, who until now has been Country Manager for the Danish division at the headquarter in Hobro, Denmark will be managing the US company. The subsidiary has entered into a cooperation with its partner, Wind Works Power. Eurowind Energy USA LLC and its partner already have three projects under development, consisting of three hybrid projects in California of 800MW. In addition to this, Eurowind Energy USA LLC cooperates with Wind Works Power concerning two solar projects in Texas with a total capacity of 330 MW with grid access.
