NextEra Energy Partners has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Brookfield Renewable to acquire a 391MW portfolio of four operating wind assets located in California and New Hampshire, USA for a base purchase price of US$ 733 million, subject to closing adjustments.
The assets included are:
- Alta Wind VIII, 150-MW wind generating facility in California.
- Windstar,120-MW wind generating facility in California.
- Coram, 22-MW wind generating facility in California.
- Granite, 99-MW wind generating facility in New Hampshire.
