Knight & Carver Wind Group has promoted executive Gary Kanaby to Vice President/Sales, in charge of the wind energy company's Sales, Marketing and Development.

Mr. Kanaby, who has been closely involved with composites for more than 35 years, leads the wind-blade company's sales effort for blade repair and production projects throughout the USA and around the world. Kanaby is in his second stint with Knight & Carver. In the mid-1980s, Mr. Kanaby served as a supervisor for Knight & Carver's luxury yacht company. He subsequently built custom megayachts in California and Florida before returning to Knight & Carver in 2002 to head up the company's then-fledging wind blade division.
