Vestas has received a 50MW order in China that includes supply of V120-2.2MW wind turbines delivered in 2.4MW Power Optimised Mode as well as a 5-year service agreement.
Deliveries are expected to begin in the third quarter of 2020, with commissioning planned for the same quarter. The customer and project names are undisclosed.
