To support the execution of Ørsted’s project pipeline and future growth, the company introduces a new operating model for the offshore wind business. The new operating model creates a more scalable organisation for Ørsted’s international expansion which combines market proximity with global scale and efficiency.
 
Ørsted’s Offshore business will be organised in four regions, UK, Continental Europe, North America and Asia Pacific. Each region will be responsible for market and project development as well as asset management, while construction and operation activities will be delivered from Ørsted’s global EPC and O&M organisation, in close collaboration with each region. The new organisation will be effective from 1 January 2020.
