NRG Systems, Inc. has announced the promotion of long-time employee, Julia Austin, to the position of technical support manager.

Austin is one of the company’s longest serving employees, having joined the company in 1991. She has served in many roles throughout her tenure: production, sales, marketing, and for the last five years, technical support where she worked with customers deploying NRG Systems’ products. In her new role, she will oversee the technical support department and product training, and serve on the company’s department managers’ team. Austin received a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont
