Augusta & Co. (Augusta) has overseen the sale of one Norwegian and two Swedish wind energy projects, accounting for a total 558MW of largely unsubsidised renewable energy capacity.
The deals include:
- Sale of a 95MW pre-construction wind farm, Måkaknuten, to Zurich utility EWZ. Augusta acted as exclusive financial advisor to the seller, Norsk Vind Energi.
- Sale of up to 250MW Swedish pre-construction project, Åndberg, to private investment house, Ardian Infrastructure. Augusta advised project developer and seller, OX2, throughout the transaction.
- Sale of the operational 213MW Jädraås wind farm in Sweden by Arise and Sydvastanvind (controlled by Platina Energy Partners) to UK investment company The Renewables Infrastructure Group (TRIG).
