The Fortum-Rusnano wind investment fund has taken the investment decision for a 100MW wind energy project in Russia. It is the third project of the total 1,823MW awarded to the fund in the Russian wind auctions in 2017 and 2018.
The wind farm is expected to start production during the first half of 2020. The previous 50MW and 200MW projects are expected to start production during the first half of 2019 and the first half of 2020 respectively.
