SeaPlanner has expanded its solution for managing Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Work Permits for offshore wind projects, with the launch of a full-service package that includes Permit Controller personnel.
 
The new offering is provided as a collaboration between SeaPlanner and a number of industry partners as part of its Strategic Alliance Program that offers full Marine Coordination services for offshore wind clients. These partners are Marine Coordination Services, Specialist Marine Consultants (SMC) and EMS Maritime Offshore and. The Permit to Work solution consists of 3 main functions; Risk Assessment/Method Statement (RAMS), Permits and Transfer of Control (ToC) and control over contractor work on offshore assets. The service will initially be available across Europe however it will be rolled out in Asia and the US as the markets in those regions develop.
