Ørsted has completed an automated inspection of the 32 8MW wind turbines of the Burbo Bank Extension offshore wind farm, located off the coast of Liverpool Bay. Using drones, the time taken to inspect the blades reduced from around 2 hours to approximately 20 minutes.
