Taaleri Energia has acquired the 277MW Truscott-Gilliland East Wind Project, located in Knox County, Texas, USA. Taaleri Energia is finalising the project together with its North American development partner NorthRenew Energy.
The project is planned to reach commercial operations by the end of 2019. The project was acquired from Truscott Gilliland Wind. Taaleri Energia will begin negotiations for the full financing package for the project in mid-2018, and due to the project size (approximately US$ 350 million) Taaleri will be seeking co-investors to invest alongside with its renewable energy fund.
