Vestas has announced that it is joining RE100, a group of global companies dedicated to increasing demand for renewable energy.
Led by The Climate Group in partnership with CDP, RE100 is a global, collaborative initiative of businesses committed to using 100 per cent renewable electricity in order to accelerate the transformation of the global energy market and aid the transition toward a net-zero emissions economy. Vestas is also committed to reducing the environmental impact of its own operations. Vestas' is joining RE100 as a company that already gets 100 per cent of its electricity supply from renewable energy.
