Vattenfall has appointed MHI Vestas Offshore Wind preferred supplier for delivery of the V164-8.0MW turbine for the 400 MW Horns Rev 3 project in Denmark.
As soon as the project translates into a firm and unconditional order, MHI Vestas Offshore Wind will disclose further details about this. The 400 MW Horns Rev 3 project is located off the west coast of Denmark. Vattenfall owns 60% of the Horns Rev 1 project.
